It works great with old instruments and looks sounds great and has a few nice tweaks to everything about the game but the songs on the disc are very weird songs and I know its objective and a matter of opinion but so far I rock band 4 download all purchased songs ps4 maybe out of the 30 or so songs on the disc I have found maybe 2 or 3 that are enjoyable and fun to play. The biggest problem I have is that old songs you have downloaded have been announced to work with this and clearly that isnt true as it is still a work in progress.

Customization and content is very lacking compared the last game and is on a level in between rock band 1 and rock band 2. Everything is quite limited. When just playing songs and the actual gameplay it is a blast and all of the new little tweaks here and there really add up to give it a polished feel.
